Courses for which more than 20% of the content has been accessed are not eligible for a refund.

Once a course has been completed, it is considered non-refundable.
5. Course Cancellation by Deep Crust Academy
5.1 Cancellation Notice
If Deep Crust Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another available course.
5.2 Refund Processing
Approved refunds resulting from a course cancellation by Deep Crust Academy will be processed within 10–15 business days.
